Custom built SO COOL HOUSES 4 KIDS are 52"w X 72"d X 88"h and come with a pressure floor system so no foundation is necessary, just a level ground area. Only quality all wood materials are used. All SO COOL HOUSES come standard with a metal roof (cedar shake roof is optional) to keep out the snow or rain for more play hours. The playhouse will take up an overall area including porch and roof overhangs of about 6'6" X 9'd.

We use Behr kid- friendly quality exterior paints in your choice of (6) Disney colors or you may choose a custom color.
